How long does shipping take for a new electric skateboard?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while international shipping may take 10-15 business days.
What is your return policy for boards and accessories?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do Evolve skateboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all our boards come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. This does not cover wear and tear or water damage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free financing options like Afterpay and Klarna for eligible customers.
Can I fly with my electric skateboard?
Travel regulations vary by airline and battery size. Boards with batteries over 160Wh are generally prohibited on passenger aircraft. We recommend checking with your airline regarding their specific dangerous goods policy.
How do I maintain my board for optimal performance?
We recommend regularly checking belt tension, tightening nuts and bolts, and keeping the bearings clean. Avoid riding in wet conditions to protect the electronic components and battery life.
