Pack Your Board
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our designated Evolve Service Center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the board, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
